3. Purchases and refunds
Prices are listed in USD. Refunds are available within 7 days if less than 20% of a course is completed. Taxes may apply depending on your region.
4. Course access and content
- Subject to payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the course.
- Do not share, re-host, or sell course materials.
- We may update, improve, or retire content to maintain quality.
5. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, harassing, or abusive conduct.
- No attempts to scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt services.
- Respect intellectual property and privacy rights.
6. Intellectual property
All course materials, trademarks, and site design are owned by MeadowKeen or our licensors. You may not use them without permission.
7. Disclaimers
Courses are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee job placement or specific outcomes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeadowKeen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
